Very helpful worker (I think his name is Nathan). He was patient and answered any questions that I had. He helped me when my lock for the storage unit broke and provided me with a new one. This is my first time renting a storage unit, and the process was easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a storage unit.

The property manager michael is great. Very helpful with all of our needs. They don’t raise the prices every 6 months like some facilities do also. Would highly recommend.

This was probably the worst storage experience I’ve ever had both from a service level and quality of facilities. There was 4 inches of standing water outside our unit for over 5 months, made our move out almost impossible. Over charges that are still in the process of being resolved and messages that have gone unreturned. I moved out, gave notice online and in person of our last day before the next months charges and I’m still being contacted for payment. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your storage needs. This business has a D+ BBB RATING and NOT BBB ACCREDITED

iStorage has made it simple & easy in meeting my needs. The office personnel, Michael was extremely Professional and knowledgeable in guiding me through my storage needs. His firm & kind demeanor put me at ease & I trust him to leave a spare key to my unit (in case of emergency). I highly recommend iStorage in providing any storage needs. iStorage does not charge ridiculously outrageous prices, they are the largest storing unit in San Francisco, they are safe and monitored, and in any event, Your valuables are insured & covered. . . 5 STARS for Convenience, Price & Professionalism
