The employees were very helpful however I reserved a unit one of the smaller ones back in September of last year. I went to retrieve my belongings around June of this year the rats were relentless going through almost everything that was stored and roaches popping out. I tried spraying roach spray and letting my things sit out before putting it in my car boy was the a huge mistake because I now have roaches and ive never in my life lived with bugs in the end I had to throw away a few bags of my things. The management or whomever the guy was gave me a free month had I known I was going to have a bigger problem than rats I wouldn't have gotten the unit. Now 3moths later I'm having this problem. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. These photos are from when I went to get my things!!!!!!
