I e been renting for about three years. There has been several issues with the gate and a lot of turn over in staff. I WAS NOT HAPPY! Went looking for a new place. However, for the last year or so, Shandi has taken over. RHINGS HAVE CHANGED. This girl is on top of it! I rent the largest unit possible. She made sure it was clean and ready for me. She saved me by calling to say I left my storage unsecured and waited after hours until I could get there. That’s customer service at its finest. She even listens to me when I vent and ramble on about life. She is the ONLY reason I have stayed. Thank you Shandi. Sincerely

it was simple to rent, very clean facility! On site manager, Shandie was very nice and professional, she is either in office with smiling customers or she patrols the area in her car, making sure all is secure and guests are ok. Very personable. This storage unit I highly recommend, secure, clean and smiling happy on site manager, If she doesn’t see you for awhile , do not be surprised to get an email or text to make sure your still kickin, lol affordable can’t ask for much mor HOOD JOB SHANDIE AND IStorage TheTroyster and his beautiful wife Crystal gives 2 thumbs up
