Nice grass and trees. Full hookups, but sites are a little tight if they’re full. We feel that $62.50 is way too high for a place that doesn’t offer additional amenities and whose play equipment doesn’t look safe. We found something else after the first night.

Absolutely wonderful little spot! The host was so kind and even gave me fresh zucchini from his garden ❤️ make sure if you stay here to say hi to Howard !

Great little park, well kept with full hookups and some shade. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Quiet small park with friendliest owner you’ll ever meet! 50/30amp full-up no pool bathhouse or wi-fi, but we don’t need any of that. Some say pricey but I’ll pay for quiet! If in the area n need a spot I give it 5 stars! Say hi to Howard Jensen!

The Park is small and quaint with level gravel sites. Each site is set up with full hook-ups and we had 50 amp elec. There was a bit of grass and some shade trees. There were no restrooms or showers or laundry or WI-FI and our cost was $62.50 a night. To me, this was very high for the provided (or not) amenities.

Well kept and secluded. Friendly, accommodating host. Although limited number, level, gravel pads with full hook ups. No bathhouse or laundry facilities. Easy access to town. Pets welcome.

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been a great experience. The grounds are well kept and the pads are nice and level. The owner is always friendly and talkative and greets you with a handshake. The location is easy to access. If I were to offer any negative comment, it would be that there is some traffic/truck noise, and some railroad noise since there is a railroad yard in the area, but it’s not really noticeable inside. It’s so easy to just call ahead and let them know you’re coming and about what time and they’ll meet you out in the driveway and talk about what spot will work best for you. A big plus is that the owner lives on site and the RV sites are essentially in their back yard.

A beautiful, quaint, well-maintained family-run RV park. Nice lush green grass for the puppy. Full hookups 50A, good water pressure. Nice long back-in sites, plenty of room for our tow vehicle and friendly folks. Reasonable rates. There does not appear to be central bathrooms or shower facilities, but we are self-contained and did not need them. Also did not notice any playground equipment for the young ones, but there is plenty to do in town. Howard Jensen, the owner, is as genuine as the day is long. We talked to him every day as he and his sons own a lawn mowing and mower sales company that operated from here. There is a ton to see here in Alliance. We are here for five nights and have been busy every day. I highly recommend this RV park and would definitely stay again! Have a Runza while you are here!!

We wanted to stay here because of all the good reviews. However, there are no bathrooms or showers. Really nice owner and everything looks well kept. Trees all around the property. Wish we could have stayed there.
