We stayed at J&J RV Park for the entire month of October 2025, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The park is clean, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring all that southern Utah has to offer — from Zion to Bryce Canyon and the incredible local trails around Kanab. A huge shout-out to Anthony, the park’s manager, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kept the grounds immaculate, was always friendly and helpful, and even made sure our mail was delivered right to us. It’s rare to find that level of personal service these days, and it made our extended stay feel truly like home. We really appreciated the well-kept sites, reliable hookups, and quiet atmosphere — perfect for us, who were working remotely and relaxing afterwards. We’ll absolutely be returning to J&J RV Park on our next trip through Utah. Highly recommended!

Anthony, the manager of the park is one of the best RV host I’ve ever had! Very friendly very helpful and very nice! If you’re going to Kanab, it’s a must stay. The park is very clean and open and a great location.

I stayed at this RV park for a few days unplanned due to a family members having a problem with their vehicle while driving threw Kanab: The park is nice and quiet and has a bit of seclusion which is nice. Overall is really well kept and has more amenities than most. I was able to have full hookups and picnic table as well as a laundry mat to take care of all my laundry while there. The owners/office are very nice, accommodating, and helpful. They even have a fenced in area with grass for dogs. Although walks are nice my dogs really enjoyed laying in the cool grass. You don’t see dog areas offered often enough. It’s also within walking distance to several restaurants and gas stations. I absolutely and purposefully would stay here again and 10/10 recommend if your passing through or even staying in Kanab.

This was the perfect overnight stop for us while making our journey back home to AZ! Easily able to book a spot online, great location right off 89 and next to the Maverick gas station which made getting gas in the AM easy. Park was clean, tidy, and spots were easy to pull into.

J and J RV Park is a great place to stay in Kanab! We travel in a Class A diesel pusher, and it can be tough to find suitable sites—but this park has spacious pull-through spots with plenty of room for both our RV and our toad. It’s very dog-friendly, and there’s enough space at the site to set up our small dog fence, which our pups really appreciate. We’ve stayed here several times, and each time the site has been clean and well-maintained. The park is conveniently located—close to town, stores, and lots of great outdoor hikes and attractions. It’s a smaller park, but still offers plenty of room for larger RVs. We already have another trip planned in the fall and will definitely be staying here again!

They get two stars because electric, sewer and water work ok. Two-thirds of the sites have your rv door facing south so no shade all day. The people in the office really know how to discourage repeat customers.

Nice RV park with easy spots to park in. Pull through and back in. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Close to everything. Easy walking distance to the visitor center. Laundry is $2 wash $2 to dry. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty typical RV park. Easy to get in and out. No complaints except for the shower. There were two women's showers, one side had no hooks at all. The other side had the main light in it and my daughter and I discovered that if you were on the side with the light, the other person could see right through the shower curtain divider!!! You can't see through it towards the darker shower so unless you knew the person in the darker side you would never know!

Date: Late April 2021. The owners are real nice folks, who helped us out big time by finding us a spot last minute. The park itself looks new. We had a back in that could have used even the smallest privacy fence to the neighbor, but wasn't really a problem. Our spot: Was small. Not a lot of room, but had a picnic table The RV spot was level & stone Hooks ups were easily accessible / well maintained The Internet was strong Facilities were in great condition We stayed for 5 nights
