We stayed here for one night on a trip from Southern California to Oregon. Park is located along Riverland Drive about 2 miles south of the Freeway exit. You pass a couple mobile home parks along the way. Well maintained park, friendly check-in, and quiet. We were in site 43 which was on a concrete pad as are most of the sites. We were able to use it as a pull thru as no one was in the other half of the pad. Nice separation between sites with oleanders and shrubs. Each site has a picnic table as well. The noise from I5 was noticeable if you listened for it, but much less than I expected. We also were able to occasionally hear a train which was a mile to the west over the river. The walk along the river bank is peaceful.

Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the owners/staff. Sites are large and the ones facing the river are especially great.

Very welcoming, peaceful surroundings as well other travelers and greatly located for easy access to downtown or to recreational outdoors.

This is our go to place between OR and the Bay area .We love to sit on the banks of the Sacramento River. It is a clean, well kept and quiet RV Park!

Beautiful and quiet RV park on the Sacramento River. The park has a beautiful mature garden with oleanders and black oaks shading every site and providing a lot of privacy. The sites are extremely generous with large concrete picnic tables and lawn area to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a huge common space next to the river to sit back and relax under the shade of the oaks. Easy 10 min run up the road into Redding and less than an hour to Lassen National park. I will definitely come back here when we are next in the area!

Great RV park. Have stayed here several times and will come back next time I’m passing through. Reasonably quiet, large sites that are largely pull through and level concrete pads. Good hookups, friendly staff, well maintained, and clean. Only downside is you have to backtrack over a mile to get to the park, but that’s a fairly mild minus in my book.

Did me a great service and credited me the months rent back even though they said they don't usually do that, after I got moved for work the same day I paid rent!

This is a beautiful RV Park! Huge RV pads to pull your big rigs onto. Very clean park with easy access off the freeway. The pool was a nice added touch! Great location for long bike rides too! The staff was very kind and helpful as well! Would stay here again if ever near Redding, CA! Thank you 😊!

Quiet, beautiful. Spring flowers, grassy shoreline, baby ducks. Faint sounds of train and gravel quarry across river. Would have gave a 5 star except for quarry. We’ll be back for sure just not in summer when it is scorching hot

This park is just off of I-5, and it is just wonderful. You can walk down to the water and take beautiful walks in the nature! It has a pool that is maintained and nice people. The spaces are well maintained with gravel spots and concrete slabs, they have pull throughs for the long rigs with pull behinds. This park is one of the best places I have found traveling up north! If you need a lay over or just a stay for a few weeks this is your place! I am military and they gave us a great deal! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did with our bulldog!
