This is the perfect example of a family owned RV resort. Everything is very well maintained, the bathrooms are cleaner than any bathroom I’ve seen in the last week of road-tripping. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. Also, the rocks in the area and the native history is incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We came here for the stars and wow. We picked a time when the moon was dark and the Summer skies were clear. The RV park is far away from Hwy 140 so I heard no traffic. RV sites are in a circle with most everyone facing out towards the vast desert dry valley with mountain views. All hookups and cell service. Nice, clean, and quiet. Fantastic star gazing experience.

This is our second time here. It's well maintained, sites are level and staff is great. There are hiking trails, and Lakeview is a friendly town. If you want peaceful setting this is the place. We will be back.

This is a lovely quiet and out of the way RV park set inside a working cattle ranch. Private reservoir for fishing. Great for dark sky viewing. Lois is a great host. We will definitely come back.

On a road trip through Oregon and stayed in this lovely campground. It's on a working ranch but still so quiet and full of activities....fishing, hiking, biking, bird watching, and more. There's wifi, flushing toilets and showers (very clean!), and laundry facilities. There's also a dog area, a pavilion with BBQ, and space to stretch out. I can't say enough about it (especially for the price!). If you're just traveling through or looking for a place to spend some time outdoors that's away from the crowd, your time will be well spent here. Check it out! Note: The photos show the views to the east and west with the laundry, showers, etc. in the background of one of them. I was here the second week of April so things are still a bit brown from winter but still beautiful.

This place was AMAZING!! Staff is very kind and treat you like family! Stayed here 2 days in my tent site and had clean, hot showers along with a firepit they light for you and access to gas grills and horshoes. Don't forget to check out the amazing trails to wander around on the property and reservoir that is packed with fish and wildlife! Can't wait to stay here again! 💜💜

Great place to stay! We stayed one night on our way through. Bathrooms/showers were clean, beautiful views, great for bird watchers, great road/pathway for walking/biking. Tons of frogs out on the paths, super fun for our young boy to adventure around.

This is a wonderful and beautiful place to visit. The gentleman here is very kind and helpful. It's quiet and clean, with 360 views of mountains and the specticals of nature. The bathrooms are clean and warm. I will definitely return if I get the chance.

Awesome park! Out off the road surrounded by ranch land and Mountain View’s. Bathrooms and laundry are very nice and very clean! We loved staying here.

If I could give this 6 stars I would. I loved this campground. Super friendly, easy casual checkin. Having driven through miles and miles of dry, dusty, wide open land, this place was an oasis. Green grass, shady trees wide RV spaces and beautiful views. Far away from the road but not difficult to get to.
