Paved -- other boat and rv storage places nearby are unpaved dirt roads, which are a muddy mess when it rains, and a dust nightmare when dry. This place is paved, so it's easy to get in and out even if wet, and dust doesn't get all over your vehicle. The place is clean and the new owner and manager are super professional and friendly.
