This is truly a remarkable little/big RV resort. The pool is amazing. The grounds are amazing humongous areas of green. Shower facility nice laundry facility very reasonable. They’ve even got a pond with alligators on it. I would not suggest swimming in the pond. The dog park area is amazing

KOC Kampground is a hidden gem! Our site is an XXL and we love it. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities make RV life so much nicer. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. It’s also a safe place, which makes it perfect for both short stays and long-term living. I love the sense of community here; neighbors look out for one another, and there’s always a friendly face around. Whether you’re passing through or planning to stay awhile, I can’t recommend KOC Kampground enough!

This is a really nice campground. I did not know what to expect when I made my reservation but this place is a quiet little gem. Well kept lands. Very friendly staff. Pool and recreational areas are plentiful and clean. If I am ever in this area again I will for certain be staying here.

This place is amazing! My husband and I stayed in the tiny house after a long couple of weeks of traveling and tent camping. This was the perfect reprieve! ✨We were instantly relaxed - super chill property, a fantastic pool, a pond, great landscaping, etc. Not to mention the incredible hospitality offered by Gabrielle! 🥰 She kindly recommended places for us to eat and explore, AND gave us bonus info on each spot (best item to order, upcoming events)! We ended up staying an additional day because we enjoyed it so much, but honestly, we wanted to stay much longer. The tiny house itself is super cute and cozy, has great AC, awesome kitchen and bathroom. We can’t wait to visit again!😀

We were initially only passing thru, maybe spend a week. Gabriel talked us into a month stay and we enjoyed every minute of it. Met a lot of very nice people around New Iberia and in campground. Pool was still a little cool but very nice. Linda does an excellent job maintaining the bathrooms, pool area and picks up trash 2x a day. Everyone was very personable. Will stay there again. Very reasonably priced

VERY NICE CAMPGROUND AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND HAS EASY ACCESS. GABBY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, and VERY INFORMATIVE! THE RV SITES WERE CLEAN, AND PERSONNEL WAS CONSTANTLY WORKING TO IMPROVE THE CAMPGROUND AND IMPROVED THE AREA BEAUTIFICATION. THE DOG PARK WAS GREAT FOR MY FUR BABIES TO RUN AND PLAY DAILY. WE STAYED AT THE KOC FOR 10 DAY, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RV PARK.

I really enjoy the stay. I was there for about 6months and everyone was friendly I never got the chance to go in pool but my wife and daughter did and they love it. We also enjoyed how they celebrate Halloween and they decorate put up inflatables for the kids and give out cupcakes and then everyone gets together to go trick or treating my daughter’s really enjoyed it so did me and my wife. I wasn’t there for Christmas since I went back home but I bet they did something similar. There for I totally recommend to stay there very peaceful and very friendly environment. Also the managers has good customer service and sweet. The only down side was the WiFi will sometimes be very slow but other than that everything else was great.

This is a very nice place to stay! The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful! The hosts are very kind and helpful. I love seeing all the animals around here. It's clean, quiet and well kept. But if you are to stay here and are young, fit and healthy, please throw away your own trash! Don't make the little, 64 year old woman pick it up for you! And don't make her pick up your dog poop either! Be respectful!

Gabriel was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable sharing great spots to visit. She is a real keeper and the owners are lucky to have her. You can’t find that level of commitment anywhere. The park was clean. Check in and out was easy. Site was perfect. Pool cool, hot tub nice. Loved the animals too.

The new owners are great! They are doing a lot of projects in the park to make it better. They added a dog park. Upgraded the pool area and added a basketball court. Michelle in the office is amazing. It has 2 laundry rooms and trash pick up.
