Ate at Valentinos. We had 3 different meals that were cooked to purrrfection. I had the steak and eggs. The steak was purfect. The eggs purfect, the hash browns were the best I ever had cooked for me and the toast was cooked to purrrrfection. My sis had the spaghetti, she's Italian and she loved it. Michelle had the Indian fry bread with meat. She loved hers as well. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the hospitality as well. I will always go back there now when I visit. Best meal on the lake.

I didn’t have the best experience. The towels didn’t feel fully clean, and the shower water never got warm. There were visible stains on the bed, and the room didn’t even have a full-length mirror, which made it hard to get ready. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Overall, very disappointing.

Dirtiest, nastiest place on earth. Definitely not a place for children. Very rude as well. Will never return. Do not recommend.

I was charged extra at check in due to a technical error. 507 extra. Even though I had booked online 1 month earlier they waited till I was checking in to tell me there was an issue. They ran my credit card without my authorization. The manager was rude and refused to honor the original price. Spoke with Jorge the GM and he was even more rude. Refused to honor. Refused to come to an agreement and then told me after a 5.5 hr drive for a family vacation/reunion that I could either take it or leave it. I did end up staying didnt really have a choice. The rooms were nice. Tv every room. Spacious rooms. The dock was nice. Caught some fish off it, but due to the welcome I received. Security following me everywhere I went and the rudeness of the staff I will never return.

I was at the casino yesterday and it was a hot day. When I walked into the casino, it was very warm. I asked the lady at the front desk at the casino and the lady working said that is normally how it is on hot days. They had large fans blowing warm air all over the casino. I was prepared to have some fun and gamble but stayed a 1/2 hour and left. Too hot! Don't go there on hot days. No air conditioning!

SO Dissapointed. Stayed Valentine's weekend. Greeting was lukewarm. Paid $$$ for Marina side, yet sent to room front of Parking Lot. Walked back to desk to correct. Next room on marina side had NO HEAT all night! Frozen! Had on thermals, pjs over that, sweats over that. There was NO ONE on duty. NO manager all weekend. Made many trips in the freezing cold to get Help. Several employees told me that this happens often...no heat. Called 4/5 times NO manager ever called back...literally leaving us in the Cold. NOT an Once of care. NOT RECOMMEND Update Konocti refused to work with credit card company...stating we stayed in the room!!!! Where were we to go at 11Pm. Miles away from home.. Point we Paid for shelter. NOT provided!!! Also it was Valentine'sDay . NO ONE was available to HELP how could we check out?? WE paid full price for an awful night the room was FREEZING cold, Do you not understand that. NO One to serve or help, not an once of empathy. A Shamefull way to do business

We specifically called ahead of time to inquire about the on site laundry availability and were told it was available to us in the RV park. Upon arrival we discovered that the dryer was clearly labeled out of order. This required us to have to drive off site to find a functioning laundromat.

Casino was a nice, small but nice, the restaurant. Valentino's was good and friendly. The boat ramp staff was friendly and helpful. The problem is the rooms. Keyless cards didn't work. Heaters were super loud when they would work. Called the front desk when we couldn't get the room door to open and no answer, so another walk back to front desk. This was a 3 trip deal. Then we got moved to another room and the same issue. Night 2 and same issue, this time she went to room to show us what we were doing wrong and I guess we for got to kick the door before we tried to use the key card. No joke. I'm just kinda shocked on the casino not investing in the rooms to be more inviting for guests. Better HVAC systems, better door lock system, one that works. We are working on another trip with family members, and the wife wants to find another place for the week. I'm thinking of Air BnB next trip. My hope is that the Konocti folks will work on these issues because they lost a few of us from spending money with them in the future.
