An interesting park which offers both boat launch dock and RV park area. Plenty of Live Oaks which are filled with Spanish moss - creating that dreamy appearance. There is a park fee - $5 at the time of writing this review. A good place for winter birding - offering both water/shore birds and land birds.

We love camping here! Mr. James who runs the park is so sweet! They do SUCH a good job at keeping the area clean. We love watching all of the squirrels and fishing the canal. The sunrises are also INCREDIBLE.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Hubby enjoyed being able to fish. We both thought it was so cool to see alligators. We loved our site #48. The park is beautiful and well maintained. It's great for everyone. We can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!!

Nice camp ground and very well kept except for the bathrooms and showers. This is our first time camping here and I’m a leg amputee every campground we have camped at has handicap restrooms and showers well the showers here ain’t up to handicap regulations there’s no grab bars anywhere and there’s no bench or anything for handicap person to sit on…. Seems like a few dollars could be spent into some upgrades in these shower areas
