Inter town RV space. For me it is great and convenient to work. Road and surrounding area is a little busy and noisy at night. Office staff are great and the amenities of the park such as free TV and on-site propane are nice and convenient. Space rent includes water and trash service. There are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. Electric is charged separate for long term or monthly rentals.

This park is clean and well maintained. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The playground for the kids is very good. We enjoyed walking our dogs to the fenced off-leash dog park. Overall it is a great park and we will stay here again!

The wonderful reception we received here is to be commended Hannah was very accommodating with our RV sites. Boo was so generous and helpful as we sorted our RV for rental return Facilities are spotless Mostly long term residents who were quiet and have is a wave and chat as they went about their day Thanks for a great stay

Nice place overall. Very kid friendly. Propane on site. Playground for kiddos. Lake view and stocked for fishing. Shower and restroom and laundry room. Location can become sketchy outside of the RV park, near airport rd at night is not safe for young ones. Each space is pretty crowded, so no privacy at all. But would rate this RV park as one of the better places to choose from. Not too expensive, under 1k a month for all needs.

It’s a big parking lot, but has bush partitions between each space. We’ve lived here for almost a year, and are happy with this place. It’s well kept, bathrooms are always clean. On-site laundry. Lots of overhead lights, but that makes me feel like our stuff is more secure. Nice duck pond, grassy area with shade trees and barbecue grills, and an off-leash dog park. Pet friendly, wheelchair accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most rigs stay for months, but there are a few overnighters. Centrally located, 23 minutes to downtown Seattle. We drove around to all of the RV parks in this area, and this is by far the nicest. Occasionally we had an annoying neighbor, but that’s the nature of RV living and in no way reflects on the park. I will enjoy continuing to live here, and would recommend it to others.

I went here to see my sister and I took a walk around the park here and over to the small lake I was told they have some nice trout in the lake, My niece's 3 daughters do some fishing in the lake and catch some nice fish they just love it. If you have a trailer and need a place to keep it this is a pretty decent trailer park with on site showers and bathrooms in a couple different location , there is a laundry facility also and it's reasonably priced and it's cheaper then the regular laundromats around the area, I was told the trailer spots were reasonably priced for this area of south everett.

Very kind folks. They let me stop in for a moment today and take care of some rv maintenance issues I had. Super nice.

Great RV Park, usually full of long-time residents and some lucky folks get a view of the water nearby. Nice staff, clean, and safe.

Passing themselves off as a Good Sam Club participating park, which they are NOT!! All Good Sam logos still appear in front office window & in office itself; with a good-sized map on counter showing all the Good Sam parks across the USA....(?) Person at desk said they had 'recently changed formats'=now only rent monthly. Two months ago is when I purchased my Good Sam Club membership from the Camping World store in Mt Vernon, WA and when I looked online for this parks phone # and directions b4 going there today there was NO info stating that they no longer participated in that camping club program. Also in middle of a very, very noisy area-nearby airport and, in a high volume traffic area.
