Places like this put a stain on Florida. Places like this hoard tons on vacant lots that go on for miles while refusing to rent to anyone under 60. It’s a blatant waste of space not to mention it’s made by snowbirds for snowbirds. Seeing places like this refuse to rent to the newer generations while we are the ones keeping your economy running is truly heartbreaking, especially when you have more than 20 empty lots that you just let rot.

This is an RV park that was original only for Airstreams, but they now accept other brands. Fair pricing, plenty of space in each site, friendly folks. Downside is all sites are back in - but they have Parker’s assigned to you to help you get in your space which is amazing. Another downside is there’s no laundry so you have to go to laundromat in Melbourne which is crazy expensive. Great location with easy access to everything you need.

Stayed 3 nights in our Airstream. All sites are level concrete. Park is nicely appointed camground. Staff was extremely nice.

This place has 40+ site that were no rented this winter, where ever other place in this area has waiting lists. Some of the rudest people. The place has potential, but know on listens and they are unwilling to move forward. No airstream club will hold a rally there, because they are not welcoming. If they continue with their current business model they will be out of business in a few years. They know the individuals causes the issues and refuse to address them. What a shame…..

A 55 and over community and we loved it. They may not have had amenities like a pool and laundry. They did have lots of activities going on in the clubhouse. People in the community were very friendly. We would absolutely return

Very clean, and the sites are good size. We stayed her for a month, the people across from us were very friendly. It is summer time, so no snow birds. We are not going to stay longer because they don't allow dogs. Which is to bad, because everyplace else we stay they allow dogs, even if it up to 10 lbs. People that have dogs are, in the 55 and up communities clean up after their dogs.
