The rooms were okay there were some bugs but everything else in the rooms were fine service was great they provided everything that we needed the location was okay I wasn’t the fan of the noise of the trucks driving by and the pool was cold and dirty and the ice machine wasn’t working I would come back and try again

This location worked out very well for us. We went to Santa's Village, walking pathway right across from the motel parking lot. It was also fairly easy to get to Storyland as well. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed in the motel while we were in our camper. This is such a great opportunity for utilizing both types of accommodations. The staff was so very nice, polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept up. The camping site was large; grassy but with enough trees to offer shade. Two pools including a kiddie pool for our grandson, as well as a playground. We would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking to explore this area of NH. We plan to stay there again next year.

10/10 for this place! My family stayed in the motel and walked across the street to Santas Village. The pool was so nice and even had a very shallow separate pool for younger kiddos. They had lots of offerings like crafts, wagon rides, and games. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

We used campground. Rates were reasonable, amenities were excellent. Bathhouses were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. our only complaint was that the guests were some of the most inconsiderate people ever and quiet hour was not enforced. wont tent their again.

We had 2 sites for our “family” vacation. We were a large group with multiple tents. The sites are not level so finding a good spot for the tent is difficult. They had just been hit with the storm so the flooded, heavy flowing creek and water damage, closed pool were not factors in this review (these were out of their control). That being said-the paver by the well traveled path from the upper part of the campground to the bathhouse that remained loose for 2 days until my daughter fixed it was an overlooked safety/tripping hazard. The water in the faucets in the bathroom is too hot not to place some sort of warning for the parents and small children. The streets throughout the park are not marked as far as safe direction for use-especially the one that has no outlet and forced me to back up because there isn’t any way to turn around 😡 There weren’t any paper towels in the ladies room for a day and a half-one was completely empty and the automatic sensor on the other wasn’t working. The laundry room hours are posted INSIDE the laundry room and while waiting for them to open at 9… no one came until another gentleman waiting outside with use called the office. Despite the negative, the location close to Santa’s Village is great, the amenities and activities are plentiful and the staff is very friendly!

We camp here every single July. This year a swimming pool formed on our campsite. The owners and the staff were able to help us seek alternative accommodation and we couldn’t be more thankful for them and their professionalism. 10/10 stars for you guys! Yall rule

Our 3rd year at this resort. We always come up for the 4th. Very clean, staff very nice. Only complaints are some do not respect quite hours which is from 11pm-7am people still loud well past midnight. Also some do not have proper camping etiquette and walk through other people's sites. I also find sites near the upper pool like where we stayed are much busier and louder.

Our first time here, after staying at another campground in the area for 20 years. What a nice place, the landscaping and upkeep is impressive. Just the right amount of activities. One downside is the road the campground is on is a big hill and the trucks downshifting/engine braking can be loud at night. Does not bother us. Bathrooms are CLEAN-CLEAN!
