Park is nice but if your sensitive to traffic and train noises may not be the place for you.

Las Colinas is a terrific RV Park! Some year around residents, but mostly winter visitors.

Overall, this is a decent little park for long-term residents over 55. However, the management’s behavior is completely unacceptable. Allowing staff to harass or intimidate visitors or residents is NOT OKAY under any circumstances. My partner and I purchased a camper from someone who lived in this park, and from the moment we arrived to move belongings, we were followed and watched by staff. The maintenance man, acting as management’s enforcer, repeatedly trailed and stopped near us—behavior that is invasive and inappropriate. Age does not excuse harassment or disrespect. We have been nothing but polite, cooperative, and respectful throughout this process. I will not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or intimidation—ever. Management should take a serious look at how their staff conduct themselves and remember that decency and respect cost nothing.

Las Colinas RV park. When we got there, I met Sandy, who was very helpful, cheerful, and friendly. She went and got the Campground manager, Bev, who came right away and helped us get in. Grant helped us park. He was very helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful spot considering where it is. It’s not nearly full right now in August, it’s warm, but not only are there many sites available for full timers, but there are a number of sites available for short timers. It’s about 90° now at 7:10 PM. The views are amazing, as the sun is setting with beautiful clouds and the orange sunset. There’s a nice pool which is open till eight. Shuffleboard courts. And an exercise room. And spacey showers. I only saw the men’s shower, but it’s big and open. At $55 a night it’s not that expensive. And the staff is all very helpful and friendly. Besides RVs, there are many mobile home spaces, which are nicely taken care of. Some seem to be occupied while others seem to be vacation locations. Or for the snowbirds.

Nice RV park! Very congenial..let me tell you why.Renegade 38ft w/Jeep & one bad AC unit.102 degrees in Picacho SP,front AC goes wonky. Setup a service call to replace it. We need to move closer to the service guy (Hernandez Mobile RV Repair). We call Las Colinas RV Park and ask if we can get a space so we can get the AC replaced, on site. They said yes. Drove over that morning. Be ware that the RV entrance is on the left side of the office. Go in the first entrance. They escort us to a nice gravel pull thru. The escort told us several times about the common area being cool if we wanted to stay in there (102 degrees outside). Great staffaccommodating! Our AC was replaced and we went merrily & cooler on our way. Thank you Las Colinas!

A great little park. Lots of activities, clean, and well maintained. But most of all, friendly residents and staff.

RV spot was a nice size and kept well with gravel which made it very easy to level our rig. Front office is very friendly. It is a very well kept RV resort. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the spot we had did have some highway noise.

My papa and grandma lives here. Small living spaces. Affordable and perfect for them. They loved it. Burger King, Subway and gas stations are a few steps away. The freeway as well is right there. You can head east to Tucson, West to Phoenix and South to San Diego😍

This resort is great! We stayed in site one. The site has gravel and level. Laundry room just got new machines and they work great! The showers are clean but only 3 of them (one each for men and women and family) Pool and hot tub were always clean and tended too. The staff and community are all wonderful! Highly recommended staying here. The price is excellent!
