We stayed at this park years ago and loved it. Recently we booked 4 nights for a pull through spot and staff were very friendly on the phone. It was explained staff would not be in office for the weekend and all information would be emailed to us. We were excited for our weekend in the area coming from out of town. When we arrived the entry way to the park leading to our spot was blocked off by a locked gate. There are 2 other entries to the park so we figured we would see how we would pull the trailer in. While driving through the park the road ways are narrow multiple trucks are parked makeing it even more narrow the trailer spots were not well maintained, trees crowded the upper portion of the road as well. The roads are one ways making it difficult to navigate the park. We arrived at our spot which was a back in not a pull through graveld and on a slope. We were unable to back in due to the road closure not giving us enough clearance to maneuver our trailer. We decided to go elsewhere at this point vista rv resort in gold hill. We attempted to call the office which no one picked up and the voicemail was full the entire week. Wednesday the following week we finally got ahold of Kiara in the office which argued there was no issues with the spot and everything was exsplained prior through email. She than said she does not have the power to conduct a refund and stated she would pass our information to the manager who was out of town until the folowing monday at which time she would call us. We awaited a call and received none we have attempted to call and again no answer and voicmail full everyday for the past week. I would not waist time or money attempting to stay here apparently managment has changed and let this park go down hill. Highly reccomend vista rv in rogue river a little more money but definitely cleaner and Host is amazing.

I’ve been staying here month to month while traveling for work and it’s been a real pleasurable experience! The manager of the park really makes the experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable along with being super friendly and welcoming. Awesome river front spots with a dock to fish from along with covered grass area and sandy beach. 100% the best place to stay, will come back here every time I’m in the area. Don’t miss out on this beautiful park!

We found Lazy Acres while traveling for work. The RV sites are well kept and manager is willing to work with you to accommodate specific needs. Choosing a site can be difficult but having options with/ without grass and shade is important when staying long term. Application and check in process were quick with friendly park staff. The most enjoyable part of the park is the access to the river and community area. The lower level is maintained perfectly for summer with a gazebo, chairs and bonfire in the sand. We had family rent a motel room for one weekend, room was clean and even had a back patio. RV living with dogs can be difficult however there is a fenced dog area with grass and doggie waste stations throughout the park. The location is also close enough to walk into town by sidewalk. There is a sense of security with the manager on site full time. She works HARD to maintain the park and it shows beautifully!

Staying at this park was awesome. Surrounded by beautiful big trees and being able to walk down to the river whenever I felt like cooling off or simply taking in the peaceful views made everyday here feel like a vacation. The energy of the park was perfect, it’s calm and peaceful yet kids are out playing everyday and neighbors are out walking their dogs. It’s a park you WANT to be in and enjoy. The manager was friendly and works very hard and it shows! Also, The location of the park was very convenient, within a mile you have local restaurants, bars, a grocery store and even a community park. I would without a doubt stay here again! Thank you!

Lazy Acres is a beautiful park! Improvements are consistently being made and the landscape is well maintained. Park staff is professional and friendly as well as very accommodating to my individual wants/ needs. The river access and beach area is a perfect place for enjoying the sun, having a family bbq/get together, allowing the pups to run, or even just a place to enjoy some fresh air! This has by far been my favorite RV park to this day!

My parents have stayed at this campground for years. This year over labor day weekend my mother fell out of the camper and broke her hip. My fiancee and myself were staying at Saratoga lake so when I arrived at the campground to pull around where my parents were at so I could pick up my dad to take to the hospital to meet the ambulance the owner started yelling at me to stay out I told her who I was and what I was there for. She informed me that she didn't care who I was. Now I know the owner is going to deny all of this as far as HER behavior goes but my cousin was there to meet me at the road to take me back to my parents and she heard and saw it all. It's a beautiful campground but the ugly attitude of the owner's destroys that beauty. And yes I have witnessed their poor behavior towards others in past years. Maybe they have forgotten how to treat people???

What a little gem! Friendly place with great burgers just across the road. Even though it's right next to the highway, we really didn't hear much noise. Lots of trees to break the wind some... important in Wyoming!
