Stopped to rest for a couple nights. Great place for families, lots for your children to do. Not a quiet place on the weekend

Pretty good the cabin was nice and the AC there really helped when it got hot out. The service was okay, it could definitely get better

Our family had an amazing time here! Great staff, amenities and beautiful surroundings! Horseback riding was a super bonus, with well trained horses and spectacular trails. We were sad to miss the visit to the hobby farm due to the Bull on the loose but we will certainly be back!

We were extremely disappointed. We camped on off peak days (Sunday planned to stay til Wednesday but we were just disappointed.)which you would think those days would be a better rate. If it was I would hate to see the peak rate. We stayed in a tent & I believe most of their sites are set up for some type of RV. Well either way we were in a tent & I would hope they accommodate us tent people but not at $55 a night with no specials included other than the norm or the expected. We could have gone somewhere & stayed in a motel for that, at least we would have had a nice shower, a soft bed, & breakfast. We definitely won't be back.

Office staff is overloaded. Was told we didn't have spots to then asked why we didn't pay deposits when we had all ready. Very unorganized. You pay per kiddo which is fine and per adult... then you pay for tubing at $12 per person per day.. at 5 people we paid $120 and they didn't even have enough tubes and had to wait forever. They didnt offer a discount if you had your own tube. 🙄 horseback was booked up and couldn't even get that. They allow outside community in which took up a lot of our fun in the campground with the pool (way packed) and tubing. We won't come back unfortunately.

Lazy D campground was a phenomenal experience for me and my kids. There were fun activities for them to enjoy such as tubing down the river, playing volleyball and basketball, as well as splashing around in pristine pool. They also had a farm with some animals such as zebras, cows, and horses that the kids really enjoy seeing and riding. The owner was very personable and friendly to me and my family. Overall it was definitely a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.

Went on an anniversary horseback ride in the morning through the campground with Barns of Old Gloy. The staff were very welcoming and warm on a cold morning! Made us feel comfortable and safe getting on our first horse back ride ever! Another guest we rode with said she has been coming consistently for 4 years, so we knew it was a quality place! Highly recommend!
