We had a lovely overnight stay at Lazy Day. We arrived very late at night so their online system was no longer accepting bookings, but figured we'd ask anyway. So glad we did! There's a late check in option where you can find a spot and settle up in the morning. We had such a comfortable night. The park is clearly loved - check out the fabulous, fun art in the bathroom! 🖌️ It was nice to have a chance to do laundry and generally freshen up after a long drive. Thanks, Lazy Day Campground!

We travel a lot so I rely on informative reviews and therefore take the time to give them. After a 9 hour day we had hoped for a very quiet off the hwy spot that was fairly level. We asked for water and electric only. We were given space 44 that was away from most the other sites right next to a road that had truck traffic. Our spot was far from level as well. The rest of the campground had nice level quiet spots but were all full hook up. So obviously you have to pay extra for quiet and level and pay cash I cannot say for our needs, one night visits , we would stop here again. For $45 , for just water and electric , I think we could have found a better place 🤷♀️

Today I stopped for a night & wish I could stay a month! Lazy Day Campground is one of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed in my short six months of travel. First, the owners Nancy & Dan treated me like they were glad I was there when I first checked in, and knew what they were doing. The campground itself is really neat, well taken care of and in great shape. Every site and travel way is basically fully covered with rocks and no dirt. I absolutely love the layout of the campground also and it has a real fun personality! The office restroom showers were in very good shape along with the laundry room. Would I stay here again? UBETCHA Dontcha know! 🤣

Stayed here when we couldn't get a reservation at the Hermann City Park RV park. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back when we need a stop on I-70 in MO. Clean park, great service, far enough from I-70 that it is just white noise but close enough to be a great stop for convenience. Love all of the trees in the park, and the trails are great.

Beautiful campground! Check-in was great. Everyone was friendly. Large well maintained dog park our pup enjoyed. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their property and it is appreciated. It was a joy to stay here and I would recommend to anyone and will stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

We had a great experience with this campground. The grounds and amenities were very clean and well cared for. Quiet and tucked away from the freeway, but easy to get back on if you are passing through. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this campground to anyone.

We only stayed for one night but saved this location as a must come back. We were met by one of the park owners who checked us in. We were very happy with our site location which was very close to level as can be. We have a 42' 5th wheel that easily navigated through the park. The bathhouse was impeccably clean and very well decorated. The dog park was massive!! Our dogs were able to run and play with other furry friends and never were really on top of each other. All in all, we will definitely be back.

Quiet campground with plenty of space. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. We were able to hike, fish, play horseshoes and enjoy campfires while we were there. This campground is close to state parks and conservation areas and also a short trip away from Columbia. Close to the highway but couldn't hear it at all. We look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

Nice quiet little park with everything we needed. Wonderful hospitality with just a bit of quirkiness to the park. Loved the chainsaw art work and the trail to the lake. Will definitely stay here again if we're out this way.

Wonderful campground. Bathroom & laundry room is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful trees!!! We were greeted and escorted to our campsite. Very convenient to I-70( only 2 miles, but NO interstate noise). We plan on returning!!!
