It's right by the river. It can be hard to find places to park along the omak river and this is a nice one. It is also the site of the farmers market around these parts.

It's super small, and overall not crowded. But the public use showers bring the homeless and junkies. I don't feel comfortable in the park there. I just access the river from there. I Always leave my valuables at home before parking there.

Nice park beside very slow river adjacent to busy road. No dogs on grass. Garbage. Picnic tables. Shaded. Stay 72 hours. Warm shower. Flush toilet. $10/night/vehicle or tent

Okanogan Farmer's Market is held here Saturday mornings in late spring, all summer, and early autumn. The park is decent and during Farmer's Market there are things for kids and adults to do. However, there is no playground there, the bathrooms don't seem to be open with any regularity, and I believe it has a "no dogs on the grass" policy.

We stopped here for the farmers market. Wish we would have known one could camp here. They have a 72 hour window for folks to camp. It's right on main street so it's not the most ideal location for camping sake but if one needs a spot for a few nights it would be great.
