Excellent team at Store 411. Hedy Talbot was especially helpful during a harried time for me. She was professional, courteous, patient and took extra steps in helping me secure a rental unit. I also happen to know that she and manager Rick have been very kind to a close friend of mine who rents a unit on the property and is dealing with some difficult health issues. Recommend without reservation!!

Clean, everything works, good availability of carts and very responsive team. I left my unit closed and 'locked', I thought, but I had not actually locked it. I was notified in less than an hour that I had not secured my space. They take their work seriously and are very professional. THANK YOU Rick!

Clean, well lit, friendly staff when I booked. My only con really is that it's not 24/7 access which I didn't realize but it's not a big deal. Still, if you have to get a storage unit, this would be my recommendation.

Rick and Hedy are great! They are nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this Life Storage location! It’s even close to REI and eating spots on Buford Highway so there is lots to do when taking a break from moving things in and out of storage.
