Quick and easy process. Good rates. Nice and friendly service from Marcus. Facility appears clean. What else can you ask for?!

I went online completed my reservation. I received a call about an hour later for confirmation. When I arrived the young lady had my documents all ready for me to review and sign. In and Out in 15 minutes approx. Only thing would make this a 5 star is if there were carts at the end of each section since the facility spaced out.

Great place and customer service is amazing! Although new management has recently taken over the facility, they have been very professional and accommodating. Hi Everyone, This will be my second review. I’m doing a second review because if it wasn’t for the amazing staff, this month(November, 2020 was going to be my last month here because I don’t need the space anymore. Christine has been beyond helpful. She’s always smiling whenever I see her. She has always greeted me at the front gate when I drive in. Hope is also been so helpful and very professional. She has always shown me respect and offer the best customer service ever. It’s funny but I really look forward to coming to see them oh I mean coming to my storage. I have referred a friend mind who’s now part of the Life storage family just like me. All because of these amazing staff. Also met Taylor who has been very nice and professional. The place is always clean and it’s one of the reasons why I keep my storage. I only have one concern and that concert is the over flow of the dumpster. Large debris are left in the dumpster area for months at a time. Wish they could take care of that issue. Other than, the place is great, the staff are A+ and I’m going to be here for awhile.
