I agree, Evelyn has customer service skills at first because it's all about the money. But when it comes to an issue, she is a liar, lazy, impatient, rude, and she believes that she is ALWAYS right. Let me tell you, Evelyn, you have a nasty attitude. You spoke to me as if I was a child and raised your voice at me. You went crazy as soon as I finished speaking, you NEED to have more patience and be more apologetic. You are where you are because no one can control you and no one to teach you better manners. Your mama raised you wrong. Never again do I want to cross paths with you. Very rude.

I’ve been looking for a good storage place for some of my things because I am downsizing so I can travel more without the weight of having to take everything with me. Julieana made me feel comfortable to use this place so I’ll be there soon hopefully. Julieana was immaculate. She has the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. She explained everything very good such as the prices and the policy. She knows exactly what she’s doing. I rate her five stars for such amazing customer service.

I have been in this facility for over 4yrs. And TODAY on my move out date, I am ONLY rating it this high because of EVELYN. Prior to todays move. I have been so dissatisfied with this company, that eventually I had to move to another storage company. Prior to today I would’ve given it a Zero if possible. I sincerely wish EVELYN, would’ve been here from day 1, and that I could’ve been able to stay and deal with her instead of all the terrible managers that I have came across during my stay. It was my time to leave after numerous mishaps, discussions, dirty facility, rude managers (recently one named Sergio from another facility.) I want to Thank EVELYN for all of her help. Her kindness, and her ability to speak in such professional manner. I have so much more I would like to give a review on. I will save that for an over all experience.
