The manager Paul is very nice and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, able to get into my unit, and had everything done correctly.

Buyer beware when it comes to buying a storage unit they are auctioning off. Manager messes with buyers, cancels auctions at the last minute right before closing and admits he knew it was going to be canceled over 24 hours before but waited because he doesn’t like buyers of auctions. It’s a waste of time go bid on other facilities not LIFE STORAGE. I definitely question what else they are doing to mess with buyers during the auction process?? If your buying a unit don’t expect to be treated with great customer service and I wouldn’t trust them. Area manager is a joke as well!

Amanda beautiful inside and out. She has outstanding customer service. I initially spoke with Paul he was very pleasant and courteous. They both were fun and humorous. I totally recommend this place has a clean, secure place to serve for your storage needs.
