Biff is so kind and helpful! All of the employees I have encountered are great. The facility is clean, safe, and well-lit, and the units have lights inside. Such a great place!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Elderly white man got my my face talking very negatively and unprofessional. I pay for my services and fees here but will not be staying with this place much longer. Absolutely foul behavior from a grown man and uncalled for.

Biff and Matt went above and beyond for me today! I booked a storage unit online and of course when I see it in person it's a little smaller than expected... I immediately panic knowing I have a moving company loading up a truck and shipping it off to this storage unit. Long story short, I called Biff and he was able to help this damsel in distress... with a smile on his face! Matt was such a pleasure! He showed me my new larger unit and it was perfect. Those two were the best part of my day. Thanks, guys!
