From the very start, this place has been a sorce of bad experiences. Everything from a constant cost increase, to paying a higher cost for-- a nonexistent heat control unit. The heater is never on. Therefore, the garage heater is NEVER on, which causes a moisture build-up any time there's rain or snow. I ask, why am I paying for this monthly convience only to receive none? I've been overcharged and everytime I ask to speak to someone, I get excuses.

I love the customer service. I got my unit in less then 20 min and the access points lead right to my storage so I won't have to travel far once inside. The hours of operation our convent for me one of the best storges in the city THANKS

I have years of experience renting different storage units throughout Southeastern Wisconsin for business purposes. I can honestly say that this location is the best of them all!! Nicole is amazing and has an outstanding personality. She goes above and beyond regarding customer service, professionalism, keeping the facility clean, and keeping things in order. I have had a great experience renting space at this facility and I am considering renting another one! Great customer service brings lots of business and loyal customers and Nicole and Sasha offer just that!! With no exaggeration, I am in and out of the location multiple times per week and these two ladies are always on on top of things and getting the job done. The office area is very clean, smells great, and they treat their customers with respect and care! The units are clean, well lit, and secure. I encourage you to try them out! You won't be let down!!

Due to unforseen circumstances I'm in need of a unit and went in to check out a storage space to explore my options. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Sasha showed me one of the units and it was very clean and airy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about what I needed and what my options were. She provided exceptional customer service and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. It also helped that the location was very clean overall and cool, especially in a hot day like today.
