Avoid at all costs, unsecure facility and unprofessional service. Management at this company is refusing to give me a call to discuss damage received on property. Obvious damage to my parked vehicle went unreported and call requests to management have been unanswered for over a month. Now, I’m paying an insurance premium for repairs plus a monthly payment to a facility where my vehicle was damaged. In addition, my flight into Portland was a complete waste due to unreported damage found when arrived at the facility. Broken glass was next to my vehicle and surveillance footage is being requested by my lawyer to corporate. Bypassing local management and emailing legal investigation. Next report is to BBB. Update: zero assistance and unwilling to work with me on any associated costs. High turnover of employees and management has been unreachable and will not return calls in over 90 days.

Bonnie and William were immensely helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to the extent of sharing their personal snacks and drinks! I am confident that they will do their best while I store my car there. I chose Lifestorage, despite my major concerns described below, because of them. There is currently no power in my entire unit block. The managers have made Corporate aware of the issue but Corporate does not seem to be in any rush, I assume because they will have to shell out money. Additionally, Beware that Lifestorage does not provide any insurance what so ever. They ask YOU to provide proof of insurance but if there is a break-in or a meteor hits the building, you are SOL. It is all on you! They take no responsibility at all. Their job is to collect your money as efficiently as possible. But the contractors who run the place are fabulous. Thank goodness for William and Bonnie.

The manager had excellent customer service skills and was efficient and friendly. They were very accommodating when I wasn't sure which type of unit I wanted at first. The place is secure and has very reasonable policies.
