DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! THEY SWEAR ITS SUPER SAFE & SECURE BUT ITS A TOTAL LIE!!!! THEY LEAVE THE GATE OPEN WHERE ANYONE CAN GET IN AND THERES ALWAYS RANDOM PEOPLE AND CARS GOING IN & OUT!!!! LEFT CARS HERE AND CAME BACK TO STOLEN CATALYTIC CONVERTERS TAKEN OFF OUR VEHICLE....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Store manager and staff were very nice.(They deserve 5 stars ) When I returned to my RV and the catalytic Converter was STOLEN off of it. Many other customers had the same thing happen to them. I thought the purpose of paying for storage was to make sure your belongings were secure. Not a fun way to return from a trip.

Warning! Do NOT store any vehicle here until a better security system is installed. Our RV just had its catalytic converter cut off two weeks ago along with many other autos and RVs. This is a huge problem in South Sacto. We will be seeking elsewhere to rent if security isn't improved. The thieves broke the gate so the whole property was at risk. Management is working hard to fix this issue but, in my opinion, should not be renting ANY parking space until security is upgraded. We were informed this had already been done when we signed on so renters, BEWARE. Management is doing all they can but the OWNERS ought to be fixing this fence and getting security patrol ASAP!!
