Customer service is great! Storage units are kept up. My only problem is the rates are raised every year $50 or higher. I went from $200 for a large unit to going on $400 and they do not work with you on bringing it down but other then that I would certainly give it 5 stars.

My experience with life storage was awesome! I always felt secure with leaving my personal items in the storage & I’d like to specifically point out Elizabeth for being so helpful & having the best customer service! She was super nice & helpful the whole time I used the storage & it made the experience there even better. Definitely give her 5 stars!

Had a storage here for about a year and had zero problems! The process to get a storage online was very quick and easy. I didn't have to go in person at all. All the information was emailed to me and they even had a lock waiting for me inside the storage. Accessing the storage before and after office hours was really simple and easy. The closing process only took a few minutes, which I did that one in the office. If I need a storage in the future, I would definitely go back to Life Storage!
