If you are lucky enough to rent a space here you will be amazed at the customer service you will receive, not only is the staff here incredibly accommodating but their manager is nothing less then a godsend . Kimberly is amazing at her job and when I was at a last minute move was kind and helpful beyond words. You know you’re in good hands here and so are your valuables! Highly recommend Life Storage!

Life storage is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. It's kept extremely clean both inside and out, the gate hours are great because I can access my storage from early in the morning until late at night, but above all else, the staff is very helpful, accommodating, very professional, and extremely friendly. The manager Kimberly is amazing. I would definitely recommend Life storage on Las Plumas Ave in San Jose, CA. to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit.

I have had a unit here twice. I returned to this LifeStorage after realizing a big difference in the quality of service I was missing.
