Josh and Brittany are awesome when it comes to customer service. They were excellent at communicating with me from the moment I booked my unit online. Reserving a unit was very quick and easy and I received a fantastic move in special on my 10 x 20 storage unit, half off for 3 months. Now that is one heck of a deal. I had a slight problem with my original unit with the sliding door but once I brought my concern to their attention they had another unit ready for me the very next day. Units are very clean/premise is clean. I feel confidant also knowing my belongings and possession are in a safe and secured facility. Brittany thank you so much for your check-in service. You are a delight and made me feel very welcomed!

I've been at this location for better than 2 years now, and couldn't be happier with the location, upkeep, and service these guys have offered. There have been several times the folks have handled large deliveries for me that were either early or I was unable to get onsite within a reasonable time. Thats a huge relief during busy times! Although I haven't experienced any real issues with this location, I suspect they would be handled professionally expeditiously.

Josh and his team have been absolutely amazing since 2017 my wife and I started using the facility. He is always accommodating and ensures we always have the best service at the facility.
