Ms Jamila was VERY VERY polite,courteous, informative, and did everything humanly possible to make sure my experience was pleasant. She also did what she could to find me a unit close to the elevator bc of my disability. He personality and demeanor is very welcoming .she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I went into the establishment with my guard up bc they usually have an attitude from past experiences. But not this time. I didn't even want to do autopsy this time bc I wouldn't mind going in just to talk to Ms jamila especially on a bad day.she also called me after I made the reservation online just to confirm. Having dedicated employees with exceptional customer service skills is a plus for any company. If I had my own business I would definitely come for her.oh and this is the first time I actually handled business like this on my own,I usually have someone do it for me so u kno I was going into the establishment agitated bc I'm doing this for the first time but she made my experience soooo freaking easy.thank u so much. Because of her I'm going to be a lifetime Life storage customer even if I don't need my storage unit anymore imma keep it just bc of Ms Jamila and her pleasant attitude, exceptional customer service skills,and welcoming demeanor.
