The amenities were all fairly new here. The sites were on the smaller side, but well maintained (gravel) and cozy, since the whole campground is nestled into the woods on the side of the mountains…the bathrooms and showers were new and SO clean! The playground was in great shape and perfect for 3-10 year olds…the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They don’t allow golf carts or e-bikes…but there was a pool (seasonal), fire truck rides on certain days (so fun), a couple of dog parks, jump pads for the kids, and a nicely stocked camp store. Easy access off of 93…will definitely be going back next time we’re in the White Mountains.

A getaway weekend made all the better by this campground. The bathrooms were spotless which is such a pleasant surprise seeing as a lot of camp sites or facilities in the woods don’t often give their bathrooms any sort of special attention. The store was very convenient and the lady working the counter was so nice. The sites were a little tightly packed but that’s not in an anyone’s control obviously. The cabins were phenomenal and whole campground is walkable and organized. Will definitely be coming back.

Rob and Darlene were absolutely amazing, such an amazing campground, plenty of activities on sight, inexpensive. Definitely unique and fun. Rob was expecially amazing and helpful when we broke down with our camper, he helped get it up n going, and made sure we were all safe, Can't thank them enough for everything

My family and I have tent camped here several times, we’ve always been pleased! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms and showers are surprisingly clean and serviced. In a perfect location on the outskirts of busy Lincoln and North Woodstock.

Outstanding experience at this new campground! We loved our deluxe cabin, a perfect spot to stay with our three kids. Beautiful scenery and a clean and well stocked interior. Great bounce pad and playground too! Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend. We stayed in the "treehouse cabin" and it was awesome. Big deck out back with a gas fire pit, gas grill, dining table and chairs overlooking the woods. Inside was 2 floors - downstairs was 1 big bed and a set of bunk beds, and then a ladder up to another big bed. It also had a small refrigerator, microwave, keurig, toaster, fan, and 2 small space heaters. I won't lie, when we got there I was horrified that this is what the description on their website meant by "heated"- but the 2 of them kept the place nice and toasty warm. In fact, they worked so well that we had to turn off the one upstairs despite it being low 40s at night - that loft gets VERY toasty fyi! There were a ton of outlets too, which we appreciated for ease of charging devices etc. And wifi that worked great!! Even with the lousy weather the kids had an absolute blast here. Nice big playground, 2 inflatable jump pads, Gaga ball, bike rentals, and a firetruck and little train that they take the kids on rides on. Both days they made sure to do enough trips that EVERY kid got a turn. There was also a foam party, a flashlight candy hunt, and while we didn't get to use the pool much it was open and clean. The bathrooms were immaculate...I took a photo I was so impressed! Firewood delivery was super fast and friendly and all of our staff interactions were positive. I hope we can get back there next year and that the weather cooperates! We had a great time and even brought a bonus watermelon home after my guy won it by guessing it's weight correctly. You can tell they make every effort to make things enjoyable. Literally the only thing I would say is that it would be awesome if the back deck was covered a bit more, so it can be utilized even if its drizzling. Thanks for such a nice weekend!

Just a great KOA. So much to do for a family and roomy sites. Close to the 93 and one exit from the Kancamangus Highway. Front desk staff friendly and informative. I would stay here again for sure.

Honestly, probably the nicest and cleanest campground I’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms were immaculate. The showers were nice and hot. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The owners were always on site which is very important to me. They really care about the campground and their guests. It shows by how beautiful they keep the place and how kind & helpful they are to their guests. It’s a great campground for kids: great pool, playground and play room. Also a safe campground (not hilly) for kids to bike around. Overall, a fantastic stay and we will definitely refer our camping friends to Lincoln/Woodstock KOA Holiday!
