We had a great time here at the Littleton Campground. We stayed in a cabin that was very clean and had a heater that kept us plenty warm. A few things that were disappointing - office hours, looks like the bathrooms at the far end on a Sat did not get cleaned, no toilet paper Sat-Sunday, dirty. One of the bathrooms has such a large crack that you can stand outside and look in. Also lighting was not good for anyone having to use restroom in the middle of the night until you are almost at the building “motion light”

I really want to be able to give this place five stars for tent camping - the location relative to the white mountains, the campsite itself, and the people who work there were nothing short of lovely and wonderful. However, the busy road that runs next to the campsite and the neighbors on the other side of the river who forced their tuned up car to repeatedly backfire/play bass-heavy club music for kicks all night made it difficult to get any rest without the insulation of an RV or a cabin. I’d strongly recommend the cabins or to RV here, but probably skip the tent unless you’re the world’s heaviest sleeper.

Local to New Hampshire, about two hours away from here This is my second time visiting here both times we have stayed two nights Not sure if I would recommend or would not recommend The reasons I say that for non-recommendation are due to the campsite being on a main road, so yes, there is traffic noise the whole time you’re here Campsites are directly on top of one another. There are not many trees covering the campsites for shade and putting up your tarps. The pool is very small if you intend on using it on hot days. I would recommend for cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, nice river view, and central location to town and two other areas of things you would like to do. For two week nights, we spent $98 for a tent site for two adults, which I didn’t think was bad at all There are rustic cabins and luxury cabins here for rent. I don’t know anything about them though. Maybe next time I will try another KOA

Lovely little campground. Will definitely stay here again. Sites are a bit close together but everything is quiet and relaxing. This was a quick 2 night trip for us, just to relax and get away from the daily grind. Perfect for that. Also close to so many things to do. Friendly staff, clean and quiet.

We had such a great stay at this campground! The staff were absolutely fantastic—kind, helpful, hardworking, pleasant, and truly conscientious. It was clear they cared about keeping the place running smoothly and making guests feel welcome. The campground itself was very well maintained and affordable, which made the experience even better. We especially appreciated the convenient delivery of ice and firewood right to our site, as well as the frequent garbage pickup throughout the day—a small detail that made a big difference. The showers and restrooms were clean, well-stocked, and clearly cared for regularly. It was refreshing to see that attention to detail. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful river that runs beside the campsites—a perfect backdrop for relaxing. There were plenty of activities for kids, and it was great to see so many families enjoying the outdoors together. Overall, a top-notch camping experience.

Above average KOA campground located off Route 302 along the bank of the Ammanoosuc river. The reservation and check-in routine is textbook KOA campground process. The folks in the office are cheerful and friendly, and they champion your needs as a camper. We stayed in site 20, which is along the Ammonoosuc River. Sites 20-28 are riverside. The sites along the river are very close to each other and you will have to park your tow vehicle sideways almost bumper-to-bumper with the Campers next to you. Expect the typical KOA mix of cabins, tent sites, deluxe lodge, and large gravel campsites. This location has propane refill, dog park, nature, path, dump station, laundry, rec room, and handicap accessible. The park literature promotes Wi-Fi, but this is not true throughout the park. You can go to the camp office and use Wi-Fi there, but not from your camper. Cell service for any of the major carriers is nonexistent in the park, you will need to drive down the road to one of the restaurants or retailers for a cell signal. Starlink users, there is heavy tree cover, and getting connected to a satellite will require some patience. The bathrooms and showers attached to the office are clean and the hot water is endless. There is some road noise, but if you’re there for more than a day, you will become used to it. The real draw of this park is the river and the charming nearby town of Littleton. Recommended

The staff was so kind and the cabin was adorable. Suited us very well. Bathrooms were very clean as well. We had an issue regarding an allergic reaction to a bug bite and I expressed my concerns and they happily transferred us cabins and bug bombed the previous cabin. Beautiful location right on the river too. Amazing and accommodating staff

Great campground with very welcoming and helpful staff. Close to so many areas to visit. The nearby town of Littleton has a variety of shopping and dining options. We liked it so much here that we cancelled our next rv park and stayed 2 more days here!! The Ammonoosuc River runs right behind the campground. This koa is very close to Franconia Notch and Mount Washington.

We really enjoyed this campground! Well maintained, beautiful setting, friendly staff. I always take note on how the staff speak to our children, and they were all so kind and nice to them. Usually we don’t swim in campground pools but I was impressed by how clean they kept the pool here so we actually used it! They had some fun activities that our kids participated in (a scavenger hunt with clues and treasure boxes, a fun pine cone painting craft, and we chose to purchase the gem mining bags as well). Some other things we enjoyed: floating on tubes down the river, the location of the waterfront sites are absolutely perfect, the constant sound of the river is beautiful, the playground, and the gravel roads were smooth enough for our kids to ride their bikes. The only downside was the wifi is a bit spotty so not always available. Just something to keep in mind if you absolutely need a connection. We would definitely come back here. Definitely had a wonderful experience!
