Great new storage facility with a wonderful management team. Climate controlled units stay very cool even in ridiculous south Texas heat. Somehow, my autopay was not set up even though I had set it up initially on filling out the forms, and emails regarding late fees were filtered through my spam folders. Carla was extremely helpful and understanding and waived all my late fees, and she waived all my late fees.

A very simple process. Walked in and was helped right away with immediate options to accommodate us. Storage spaces are very clean and well maintained. Security system in place for protection of all of our belongings. Carla at the front desk (general manager) was extremely helpful and passionate about helping us. Highly recommend Lock and Key Storage.
