Excellent service! Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful person! Anticipated my needs when I dropped my RV off by picking me up in the golf cart and driving me to my car. Made the whole process very easy for me. 100% would recommend. Also, if you’re techy, they have the option to open the gate with your phone. So that’s awesome too!

Great location with excellent customer service! I've used many other storage facilities/businesses over the years for my own business and can say that this Lockaway is one of the best so far. Zach manages the place well and is such a treat to talk to. You can tell he really cares. I highly recommend this location!

When we came to consider this storage Zach greeted us at the gate, acknowledged our concerns and after a conversation, personally took us to the area available to park our RV. He addressed our safety concerns directly and encouraged us to look around before deciding. After our visit we decided we were comfortable with the security gate system and the relative distance of the spaces from outside eyes. Accessing the RV was convenient and we were able to enter and exit easily. Our timing also worked to our advantage as we were able to get a few days of one month prorated and the next one half price which fit our storage and budget needs perfectly. Thanks to Zach's personal approach, and Airport Lockaway's convenient and secure location we felt comfortable leaving our "home" for a few weeks while we enjoyed time with family in town. Lockaway storage will be our first choice in the future!

Very friendly staff, very modern business design that is simple and intuitive. The first time I used them was something to get used to, because it is a little different process with accessing everything through an app. But after that initial first time visiting my unit it has been incredibly convenient!
