I am currently in a lawsuit to get the money these guys stole from me back. BE CARFUL, they will lock you out of your property without notice and threaten to sell your boat if you dont pay outrages "lockout fees".

I tried calling the facility on a known holiday, hoping someone could assist me. Unfortunately, as expected, it was closed but to my dismay, I was contacted by Rachel shortly after leaving a voicemail. She provided kind, courteous and prompt information which led me to secure one of the last spots available. I now have a place to park my new toy within a half mile of my house. Thanks Rachel!

Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone, they don’t return calls or text! I reserved an enclosed unit for my RV, but they failed to mention that the door height was less than the interior height of the unit so my RV did not fit due to the AC unit on the roof. I never got to use it, and they don’t seem to reply when expecting a refund. They provided me instruction on what to do in order to get a refund, I did all those things, yet they still won’t respond to calls or messages. I don’t understand how they can run a business, and not answer the phones ever!!
