It's typical for outside storage units in central Texas. While it's very inexpensive, the place has a big rat problem. Don't store cardboard here - use plastic, and be prepared to have rat poo on everything. Not climate controlled but access is drive-up. Good deal for the money for storing tools and stuff.

I really appreciate that they are checking the locks every day. They are currently repaving the lot and it looks good. I’m pretty happy with these guys. They have been good.

Don't believe the fake reviews. Rats will eat your property & feces in / on it as well. The refuse pest control but will lie and say they have it. Also 4 break-ins that I know of. Don't do it.

Me and my girlfriend were in the middle of moving in together and between the both of us, we had a lot of stuff. After researching over a dozen storage companies, I came across Lone Star and was very satisfied with their service. HIDDEN GEM. Its secure and very affordable rates. Not much more I can ask for a storage unit. Have been using Lone Star for a while and have always been impressed with their great customer service. Love how its so conveniently located and they have such great customer service.
