Over a year already and still no new karts only 4 available for over 500 units and the karts are all beat up and some move to the side. Old manager was very nice wish she didn't quit. New manager has a attitude. The only good thing the employees are good at is calling the tenants when the rent is up but not good to contact the main person to follow up on the new karts it does not take over a year to get new karts.last time someone from the facility called me and left me a voicemail with an attitude. Like if u dont like your job you should just find ur self a new job

I never found the Flash take me to a wheelchair rolling up Street uphill 97 degrees temperature pictures of parking lot at the hospital and since you're here .This is a update I used it 30 days I told them I had moved my things out and no longer needed it. The woman told me that I had to leave a lock on it she said sometimes people would take over the storage, I said cool and that was that. Now I am being billed for the a extra month. Even when I told them and email them they still say I owe them and if I don't pay them they will take me to court and get the money from me one way or another.

Everything was all good , from rate’s on the u-haul deal / to moving into the 5x7 unit. I feel like the only thing they need to fix is Sara Penn’s attitude, her body language (rolling her eyes , the sighs etc.) was telling me she either had a bad day or she just doesn’t like her job. But either way I use to work here 6 years back & I never gave nobody attitude because I believe in respect, respect to my self & others. Told her straight up this one of the reason why I quit working there. the management there could be foul to the clients sometimes but other then that the other employees forgot her name the young guys name , they were helpful & nice !

Joel running the place is breaking the law.got an illegal eviction yesterday over an altercation I was not involved in! Tenants here have the same rights as residents in a tenancy. Asked for the owner to call me for months Joel is refusing to do so and it is unlawful. Joel knows he'll get fired! Do not come here its unsafe! Erwin pulled a knife on Eric and I was not involved but I got an eviction paper which is beyond crazy. I complained about hom blaming me for policies here and he falsely accused Mariana for gossiping over something that puts tenant to tenant. I tried to make an official complaint to Sara. I can't use the ramp out back I use the front door Sara occused me of instigating due to me going to the front door.The made complaints of the homeless encampment nextdoor. These people where no threat!! KARMA got them due to the new fence some customers even UPS can not go to there parking lot! Go to my you tube page and watch my videos confronting the staff proving my eviction was illegal I'm Sara1968weil@gmail.com or just use my name Sara weil there are security cameras they do not work on most floors. Look at my photos its lovely on the outside. But it's being rundown on the inside. The elevator doesn't work all the time the elevator has gone down for months at a time

This place is great if you have large heavy items to store. Loading dock, carts and I mean big carts, shelves on rollers to stack things for easy transition for car to the dock, ramps, and best of all… It has a lift. My locker was 100% clean and ready for me. Customer service: excellent. Especially at this time of facemasks and social distancing. 5 stars ⭐️
