- Seasonal swimming pool and splash pad for desert heat
- On-site laundry facilities and private bathhouses
- Dedicated fenced dog park for pet travelers
- Camp store with RV supplies and propane refills
The property also provides reliable Wi-Fi and cable TV, ensuring that travelers can stay connected while enjoying the remote beauty of the Texas mountain country.

Adventure awaits in every direction, with Big Bend National Park located about 80 miles south. Closer to home, visitors can explore the historic charm of downtown Alpine or take a short drive to the McDonald Observatory for world-class stargazing. The minimalist art scene in Marfa and the historic sites of Fort Davis are also within easy reach, making this a perfect hub for regional sightseeing, hiking, and photography.

This place is well taken care of. The puctures are what you get. A beautiful place! Amazing place with amazing views! The people are great and will help in any way they can. They always have a smile when they greet you... The showers are cleaned daily and checked in on a regular basis. They have propane if needed, but not on Sundays. The yards are kept up with. They do have cabins for rent....tent camping with hookups. Playground area the kids will enjoy. This is the place to stop in, even for a night or two. Easy pull throughs for the big rigs and easy access for the small ones. They are worth the stop. Call or go online for more details...

Nice big pull through sites, plenty of trees, staff - could not have been any more accomodating, very nice young family, bathhouse/restrooms were very clean. Nice clean pool and area. This will definitely be on my list for rv parks to stay in during future adventures.

We were on our way to Study Butte and had a mechanical issue with our truck and needed an emergency place to stay, and the Lost Alaskan RV Park came through for us! They had a monthly spot that they let us use as long as our truck was being fixed. We got very luck since the Lost Alaskan RV Park is so nice. Very clean, the bath house and laundry were awesome (heated for the very cold mornings). The grounds are very well maintained. Kids play area and they have an RV wash, and the utilities were consistent. Our short/unplanned stay here was able to remove some of the stress of the truck break down. I would have liked to stay long, but being closer to Big Bend National Park was a priority for us.

Nice place. Office is open 9-6. So if you arrive after that just find a spot and check-in in the morning. Tent spots have a cover over them but have 3" of gravel you will be sleeping on.

Great park. Level sites, clean, well managed. Great base from which to visit Ft Davis, McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. Love the murals all thru Alpine and they continue in the park. Nice services in town, too.

We arrived within an hour after office closing and our site information and directions are easy to find. After driving through dry Dusty Windy I-10 TX Highway the numerous pine trees on site were refreshing. There was a lovely dog park and the bathrooms were all clean and park well-maintained. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Great park for visiting the McDonald Observatory. Be sure to get your reservations for the star parties early!
