Very clean and well maintained facility. Beautiful trees, walking trail, and big dog parks. The pool was clean as well as the bathrooms and laundry rooms. I really spent too much money in their convience store! And the staff ....so friendly and helpful, especially that one maintenance worker names Joe! He was awesome. 👍

We checked in after hours but I received a text with instructions. The location was easy to get to , the sites were clean and well kept and the WiFi was great. We were able to get s as good nights sleep and leave in the morning before the office opened. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We were just passing through and it was a great choice.

Bath house was very clean, well lighted, bench near shower for convenience. Would suggest a grab-bar for us "olders" to feel secure when stepping out of shower. Perfect location for college activities. Enjoyed easy drive to college. As an older, lone female traveler I felt very safe walking around, and at night felt secure!

Very nice location. Being new to rv traveling, I was nervous to come into camp in the middle of the night. I was pleasantly placed close to the wash room which was ideal for just overnight stay. Washrooms are separate family style bathrooms complete with toilet, sink and shower. Good pressure, hot water- very clean.

Super nice RV park well appointed and maintained the buildings are fantastically cared for the staff is super courteous and kind and helpful. If I had to stretch to find something that needs to be worked on the road could use a little gravel rejuvenation. That’s it everything else is absolutely top-notch. 9/10 would definitely stay here again if needed. They even have a cute path down by a river.

Dana was great handling reservations, a change to the dates, and arrival greetings/info. Bathrooms clean and good water temp and pressure for shower. Dana needs more support staff as she has to pick up site garbage at 0800 before the office/store opened. Enjoyable weekend visit.

Absolutely WONDERFUL Service! When we checked in the staff greeted us when we entered and immediately started helping us check in and going over all amenities and local spots. But they did it with such a chipper and bright attitude and smiles. They were ready to chat and make us feel like we were coming back home. They were VERY warm, inviting, friendly, and informative. There was some construction along the road so it was a bit of a detour to get to but other than that it was a wonderful spot to stay. We were just staying to sleep then back on the road in the early morning, but would recommend staying as a destination.

This place is one of the best KOAs I have been to. Its a perfect location right off 95 , great sites, complimentary breakfast, quite and lots of amenities. Clean play area with ladder golf, corn hole, covered seating and also 2 well maintained dog play areas near amenities. The patio sites are amazing and great size! The communication from 48 hours out was outstanding. I started receiving welcome text message with all the check in information and they continued untill we arrived. Debbie at the front desk is so sweet and kind!! She really made us feel welcome and excited to stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It met all our expectations. Clean, neat, tidy, store was well stocked, check-in personal were polite and professional. It's a KOA right on an interstate. Of course there is noise. Ran the RV fan and slept well. Would have liked to walk the river trail as it looked really interesting. Would visit again.
