This campground was a real pleasure! The side pull through was perfect for our camper. Fire ring with every site, plenty of space and full hook ups. A short 5 minute drive into Luray, which is a beautiful quaint town. We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely visit again!

This was our first time here and first time staying in a yurt. We stayed in the king bed yurt and it was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable despite the cold night temperatures. Great water pressure & it’s stayed hot. The bed & pillows were very comfortable The campground and accommodations are very clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly & accommodating. Very convenient location. The cows & sheep were fun too! We will definitely do this again!

Great campsite! RV spot was clean and had a great view. Camp host was awesome and the front office was inviting. The dog park is the absolute best we have ever had at a campground! Enough room to play with our dogs, water and bowl provided. Overall one of the best put together and ran campgrounds we have been to in years! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at Spacious Skies Campgrounds! The sites were clean, roomy, and easy to access—even for larger rigs. The grounds are well-maintained, with plenty of open space to relax and enjoy nature. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and family-friendly vibe. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a longer trip, this is a great spot to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors. Highly recommend!

What an exceptional campground! My husband and I just stayed in a gravel back in site for a week at and are already planning to come back next year with other family members. To start with the location is beautiful and there are an unusual variety of attractive site features on offer. We intend to stay next in a deluxe pergola site on the edge of the hill. Everything offered that we experienced was done well - our site, bathroom and showers, laundry, WiFi, camp store. Staff were consistently helpful and other campers were quiet and courteous. Overall the one of the best rv campgrounds we’ve ever stayed in!

This was our 1st time at this park. We had a pergola site that overlooked the farm. We were there for 2 weeks. It was very quiet during the week and busy as usual on the weekends. There was a large dog park for our dogs to run off leash. I would stay here again if we are in the area.

We had the BEST time at Spacious Skies Campground! This was such a relaxing and beautiful area. The farms surrounding the campground made for gorgeous sunsets and the perfect place to camp. This was only 20 min from Shenandoah park, a perfect location! We will definitely be coming back to this campground.

Extremely clean and spaced out sites. The dog park is the largest I've seen at a campground. Easy drive to Luray Caverns. Beautiful sunset views! Would stay here again!

Beautiful BUT… we checked in after 2 pm as instructed by campground. When we got to our site, it wasn’t clean. The previous campers had used the gravel RV parking pad for their campfire. We had to walk through or around the ash pile to get to our RV. We had an appointment nearby so we took off expecting the site would be clean when we returned. It wasn’t. We called in the morning and requested the ashes be cleaned. We were assured it would be cleaned right away. It wasn’t. We called four (4) hours later asking when it would be clean. We were told she would have to contact the manager. We are waiting.

Absolutely stunning view and facility. We visited Luray cavern and stayed at spacious skies campground. Booked online. The entire campground is spacious, well maintained, with nice grass, flat gravel roads, clean restroom (free hot water showers). Nice, clean, large enclosed dog park with trees, water faucet and poop bags. And there is a cow farm next door for some additional fun.
