Excellent office staff and clean units is not enough balance of the owners threats and harrasment. In escolated confrontation he accused me of living IN my storage unit because I was there 8 hours one night. Which, I was there at night as I work nights and that's not uncommon for me. The night in question I super sorted, organized, removed things and condensed down to half my unit. The next time there I asked about smaller size units available. It's on that day when he confronted me "I know what you're doing here". He said I'm a liar and threatened he'd put a lock so I can't get to my belongings. He said he had me on camera but he doesn't have a camera that points to my unit entry or the entryway, only the parking lot. I verified that with an employee a few days later. Also, she commented he'd restrict my access to only business hours, but on the website it states 24 hour access and I have several pics of different vehicles coming/going at night. Luckily, the same day I had my last conversation with an employee I found lower rates on newer facilities within a few miles. BOTH employees have spoken negatively about the owner but they say he can do what he wants cause he's the owner. I would NOT recommend this place and I feel bad that employees puts up with someone that they describe the way they do.
