Campground is in a convenient location off the freeway. This was a stop over site for us. We dont expect to much from KOA Journeys. It had what we needed a site and full hookup. It is a nice spot with alot of sites and amenities. Looks to have more long term people here.

Overall the park is nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are nice. The issue is the primitive tent campsites. They do say it’s uphill, however, TWD cannot make it up the hill. The rocks are unstable making it hard to carry items up and down. If you are disabled or have bad hips/knees, it’s a fall waiting to happen. My abled body family almost fell several times. We all slept in our SUV at the bottom of the hill because I couldn’t make it up. I recommend booking the tent site with electric! Again, great KOA. I would stay here again but I would not book primitive camping like we normally do at all other KOAs!

Nice peaceful camping experience close to home , cabins were clean, and the AC worked amazing even at the hottest point in the summer. My children had a blast swimming, playing in the foam pit and fishing. Would recommend for a quiet peaceful stress free family get away.

This campground was a terrible experience. It’s really a long term trailer park. We were sandwiched between a camper with barking dogs that were locked in the camper for hours and another camper with tons of feral kids (I have small kids and even I was annoyed). They also had cats that were all over our campsite trying to get in to our camper. The pool hours are 10a-8p which weren’t posted anywhere but we asked. At 1030 the pool was locked up. We called and waited for them to unlock it. This is just a poorly run, unpleasant space to spend a night. Couldn’t wait to pack up.

This was my first KOA experience and it was EXCELLENT! fantastic amenities. Very clean and everything seemed very fresh and updated. Pool was great and super clean. Staff was very helpful and addressed our needs promptly and professionally. We rented 4 cabins for a family reunion weekend and we were all pleased with the experience. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom/shower house. Very clean and plenty of hot showers. We hope to all go again next year.

We took a fast weekend trip just to try out our new TT. The place was very slow. But they still had activity for the people who were there. And breakfast on Mother’s Day morning The bathroom were very clean. We went fishing heard a bull frog, caught some small mouth bass. And meet some nice campers!!

New management is Wonderful as well as the accommodations. Restroom/Showers are updated and clean. Cabins are cozy and equipped with Heat/AC and essentials. Dog parks, pool, horseshoes, fishing, tons of things for children to do. The pond includes a beautiful fountain! Beautiful KOA that has it all! A+ camping experience! Thank you!

Rough roads and sharp turn off the main road. I liked the showers / bathrooms, but when we were there (April), they didn't have towels for drying our hands in the bathrooms. They were clean, but our friend didn't have water pressure in her shower (handicap stall). We had to walk along way for laundry but it was efficient. Our air-conditioner cover flew off while we traveled, they helped us cover it. Alexis was very kind and her husband went out of his way to help us. Their kindness is 10 stars! It's hard to have a level site for a 40+ pull through, and we had to unhook even though the campground was almost empty. But again, they were nice and I'd try this place again.

Bathrooms are not available. Local KOA team did not advise that their restrooms were not available prior to arrival. We booked the site weeks in advance. The kids wanted to leave shortly after arrival. Thankfully we were just passing through.

Moved My family of 5 and 4 pets cross-country from San Diego in a used RV. We stopped at a lot of places and stayed at a lot of "RV resorts" along the way and this was BY FAR the best one of all. Ended up staying for a month while we looked for a house. Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and quiet surroundings.
