The park is easy to find, not to far off the main roads. Quiet, clean, bath facilities were in great condition. I can see where a few of the fulltimer sites could use some TLC, but its hard to weedeat under/around someone's personal property. Overall I would definitely recommend this park.

We had the pleasure of staying at Magnolia RV Park in October, and it was absolutely stunning! The peaceful atmosphere made our visit truly special. We secured a campsite right by the pond, where we were warmly greeted each morning by the charming Muscovy ducks. Their presence added an extra touch of beauty to our stay. I highly recommend this park for anyone seeking a serene getaway. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

My wife and I were traveling to the AR-LA-TX area, and searched for RV Parks in the area. This place had great reviews, and photos so our expectations were that the park would match what was written, but it does not. When I booked the site I was told I could have my pick of a couple of sites. When we showed up, all of those sites had rigs in them. I called, to see where I should park and was told just to pick any open site, so that was fine. The grass all around the park was overgrown. The backside of the park is extra overgrown, and is not well kept at all with either the grounds or the RVs that are back there. We stayed a month, and the grass was never mowed - not once. Nobody ever answers the phone - you have to leave a message and hope for a call back. Nobody is ever in the office. When we were leaving they charged our card for another month, even though we were only staying the one month. When I called to ask about getting that reversed, of course, nobody answered. And nobody ever called me back. I checked the office everyday, and nobody was ever there. I eventually had to dispute this charge as fraud with my bank. Overall, very disappointed. I typically trust the reviews, but in this case I was the one fooled.

Magnolia RV Park is amazing. It has a great wash house and showers. The view is beautiful and it was very peaceful and relaxing staying there. And the month we were there we made friends with the ducks and fed them twice a day. Over all an awesome place to stay.

We were passing through Magnolia, AR to visit some friends, and found this RV park on one of the camping apps. Had to call to get a reservation, but the owner was very friendly and helped with any questions we had. Check in was at 1pm, but we were allowed to check in an hour early. The camp was clean, quiet, and picturesque. We were parked at site 27, and it was probably the best spot in the camp. It had a dock, ducks, and right along the lake. We spent most our time at our friend’s house, but this campground was one of our favorites. Easy to park, only $40 a night for full hookups, and kid & pet friendly. Would highly recommend this campground.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at long-term. Very quiet, very spacious and very clean. There is a huge pond with a fountain, ducks, fish, and turtles to watch. Even a fenced in dog park! The owners are very accommodating, and very nice people. I will definitely be back next year and would definitely recommend to my friends.

What a great RV park! The park is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms/showers are the nicest and cleanest we have seen. Karen, the owner, personally greeted us at our site upon arrival - an unexpected pleasure! We will be back…

These people are awesome. Nice clean sites, great internet, and it's quiet. They have a really nice clubhouse with shower facilities and washers and dryers. You can even refill your propane on site. Back in January, we had a freeze. I went home to Louisiana, but the owners kept my propane tanks filled so my furnace ran and I didn't have any issues. They just emailed me invoices for the gas. How many other park owners would make that offer? David and Karen, the owners, will help you have a great experience.
