Very friendly and very helpful, they helped us out with donating a spot to my family and i to use to store our rv while we were in town visiting family for the holidays, because HOA complained about our rv being parked in front of our families house for the holidays. Because of this my family that lives near by has now started using them for their storage needs. Plus they also have a rv dump station witch came in handy!
