Grounds not as described. Our Rig sunk in pad. Power source was too far from rig to access. We moved from our site. I would not stay for more than 1 night. Manager never returned our call. I emailed and left voicemail.

No wifi - no water hookup - residents in the trailer park NOT an RV park were fully equipt with pitbulls and were rockin until after 2AM
