Called the day before and asked about firewood availability and they assured me they would have it available. I called less than an hour before picking up and they once again said they would be able to accommodate even with the rain. When I arrived the employees refused to sell me the wood I had asked for. And only offered two bundles, and would not allow me to buy more than that. Even with more wood bundles there. I was beyond disappointed in the customer provided. I purchased two bundles of almond and two of pine. Product was quality employees not.

I pull the Porsche frunk š¤ up to the Gigantic Tank...kind gentleman comes out...always smiling and happy to see me...no delay...go to pay...on my way...$25 doller makes me want to holleršš

I was able to very quickly fill up my propane canisters here. I did not have to carry them across a large Home Depot parking lot, which was nice. The person who filled them up was very friendly as well.

For fire wood. They are very busy with online customers because very few people came in but it takes a while even so. The second time there was one customers ahead of me, no one else and I waited about 20 mins before having to leave. I just wanted firewood and support local but they are so so slow. They had like 3 people working walking around. I ended up going to the gas station. It's only firewood, what the hold up.

I've never bought firewood from them but wouldn't hesitate to based on the excellent service I've received when purchasing propane from them. They guys here are always right there, ready to pump once you pull in. They're knowledgeable and it's always safety first with them. They're a great resource for all things rv related. And something else you don't find much anymore - they remember you and talk with you, ask how you're doing, etc. It's nice. FYI: $8.00 minimum for bulk propane and they stop pumping propane at 4:30 pm each day (call and double check the cut off time, just in case ;^).
