They just hung up on me mid sentence while I was on the phone with them. They say they’re open certain hours yet I have NOT been able to go in and and make a payment because every time I go no one is there. I call and call and nobody answers. And I have late charges and I’m limited to times I can come to the storage since I can’t drive and have to get a ride from someone. So anyways I called customer service and asked why they say they’re open from this time to that time if they’re not they should say they’re closed instead and she hung up on me. I wasn’t being rude but I try to pay but can’t. And then u guys charge me late fees. Go figure.

My experience at Mariner's was totally awesome. Besides making sure that my payment went through. She made sure that all of my personal information on the computer was correct & accurate. She set me up with a second unit that was very convenient for easy access. I was very satisfied with her at all levels. She was very courteous, professional & nice to me. She is definitely a very big assett to Mariner's Self Storage. I would definitely recommend this Storage Facility to my family & friends.

While I usually avoid renting storage space this time was unavoidable. Due to a death in the family we instantly had a lot of stuff with nowhere to put it all. Every place was full. I was able to get a 10x10 unit at Storage Pro (Mariners Dr.). Of course because every place was full the price was high. I understand that "Supply & Demand" dictates pricing. As soon as demand let up I was allowed to move to a 10x20 for a lower price than my 10x10. The office staff was great and very helpful. It's on you to check pricing but that is how business works right. Overall great experience and customer service.

Raised rent every year. There were rats and wood bugs in my storage unit which ate through boxes and items in boxes. There was an instant late charge daily added to rent if one day late, no leeway or grace period. Sometimes unavailable during business hours which necessitated multiple repeat calls. Did not return a callback request. Mostly pleasant clerk.
