We had an issue with the slide-out room and some roof leaks. Mark had it diagnosed within an hour or so. I was heading out of town, so he agreed to keep the camper at his place until I returned. This was my second repair adventure with Master Tech, and it went flawlessly. Turnaround is unbelievably fast, quality is great and all of my concerns were addressed. I will recommend Master Tech to any friends needing their RV serviced.

We had the roof panel lift away from the enclosed trailer. We stopped to see if anything could be done to repair it. Barely got out of the truck and were told "we are leaving don't even bother backing it in" so much for customer service.
