If you stay here long enough to need to make orders. Get a temporary P.O. box. We pay for GPS tracking on delivery. So it shows us the exact location on Google maps while/when its shipped & delivered. My package was 100% delivered, along with a confirmation photo..at the front office, but management claims otherwise. The GM is very emotionally aggressive & lacks the ability to be professional or productive at her job. The missing package just further proves her lack of management skills for the paying customers.

We chose to stay in a cabin for our visit to this area. The cabins are very nice. The mattress was more comfortable than i expected. I wish they had a cable hook up like the rv spaces. Since the wifi isn't always reliable. The hosts are great and very helpful. Every interaction we had with the staff was great. We liked the location but i can imagine driving in a large rv might be challenging. Then again there were several there so it's obviously possible. It just seems to be a pretty tight turn to me. Overall it was a great place to stay. Bathrooms were always clean multiple dog park options are helpful to.

The host was very kind and helpful, but we wanted a tent camping spot. We had two dogs with us, so we needed to be as secluded as possible. No suitable tent spots were available, but there were RV spots that were perfect. Lots of them. I offered to pay the RV rate, which is higher, even though we wouldn't have used the power or sewer hookups. But, KOA won't allow tents in an RV space. I have tried to see the sense in this, but can think of no disadvantage to anyone but us, had we been allowed to use the space. So, we did not stay. However, the campground was beautiful! Lots of trees, nice pool, convenience store with snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. As I say, the host was very nice, and did her best to help us. The whole grounds looked very clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Under different circumstances, I am sure we would have enjoyed staying there very much!

Highly recommend (for travelers without kids). Clean and well maintained property. Very generous sized sites with plenty of grassy area/space. Everyone was friendly and respectful. No issues without quiet hours. Doggos loved their stay too. One off leash large dog park next to open grassy field for disc golf and two smaller dog parks next to playground. Clean restroom and shower stalls with security access code for added safety. With one playground and limited lawn games, there are less activity options for children compared to other KOA sites. This also made for a more quiet stay.

The cleanest bathrooms! Such a cute lil creek. The staff here is top notch and fur-baby lovers. The best KOA of this trip.

In order to be a 5 star, you have to have a lot of amenities and concrete pads. This campground was basic with a playground, pool, game room, and bath house. Spaces between campers were pretty small up front. The monthly spots in the back had more space though. Neighbors also had bikes stolen from 2 different campers. If you see a grey cat with white paws, give him a pet - his name is Frederick and he's very friendly and needs a new home.

My family and I loved our visit to the KOA. The grounds were very well kept, bathrooms were clean & the employees were very nice and accommodating. There is a great playground, a nice grassy knoll to play volleyball & plenty of pavement for a nice walk. Very peaceful atmosphere. This is definitely a great spot to take your entire family including your pets!! We can't wait to visit again. Thank you GOLD HILL KOA :)
